We have a fundraiser for our Coloma Discovery School Field Trip. You can order gift cards and GH gets a small profit. If you order Amazon gift cards and use them to shop at our link above, we get money twice! CLICK HERE FOR ORDER FORM. The form is due Thursday, January 12, 2012.
Enrollment for 2012-2013 School Year
The age to enroll in Kindergarten - children must be 5 by November 1, 2012. If your child turns five between November 2 and December 2, he/she will be eligible for Transitional Kindergarten. Enrollment for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten will begin January 17, 2012. Please enroll at your school of residence. For registration information, see the tab on the left of this page.
2009-2010 Accountability Progress Report (API)
The API scores for the last school year have been released. Green Hills scored 909. Congratulations to all students and staff for their hard work to make our school one of the best.

School begins at 8:15 a.m.
Kindergarteners dismiss at 11:35 a.m every day
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - First - Fifth graders dismiss at 2:30 p.m
Wednesdays - First - Fifth graders dismiss at 1:15 p.m
Day before Thanksgiving,Nov. 23, Day before Winter Break, Dec. 23, Day before Spring Break, March 30 and Last Day of School - first through fifth grade students dismiss at 12:15 p.m.
Traffic and Parking at Green Hills Elementary School!
The Laurel Avenue lot is open and please do not park at the bottom of the ramp in the fire lane. There are two was to enter school: Ludeman Lane and Laurel Avenue, using the ramp. When using the lot off of Laurel Avenue, keep in mind it is a parking lot and not safe to use as a drop-off zone. Use caution when parking as students and families will be walking through to enter the campus. THERE IS NO DROP-OFF or PICK-UP in front of Green HIlls on Ludeman Lane. The parking lot at the top of Ludeman Lane is private property and belongs to the Country Club. Please do not park or drive through the parking lot.
Sandra Totah Artistic, Courageous, Inspirational
We are deeply saddened at the loss of a beloved student, Sandra Totah. Sandra passed away on July 26, 2010 after a year long battle with a brain tumor. We remember Sandra by honoring our fifth grade student of the year, Moses Olive.
